Your Open Championship accommodation insists upon deposit payments being made for advance reservations. Therefore in turn Drumgolf requires a non refundable deposit payment per person prior to any bookings being made on behalf of the client. Payments may be staggered throughout the year depending on when the money is required, however at every stage payment deadline the payment is non refundable
One of the dictating elements of the price of the quotation is the number of people booked. If this number should fall after the initial deposit payment has been paid, those customers unable to travel will forfeit their deposit. Under no circumstance will their deposit be reallocated to the balance for those still travelling. If the booking reduces in size after the deposit is paid it will also result in an increased unit price for the remaining Customers. Drumgolf reserves the right to adjust the price of any trip should the number in the group be reduced.
Drumgolf strongly recommends that clients arrange travel / cancellation insurance.
Drumgolf (the agent) acts only as agent in making arrangements for participants in the formulation and booking of itineraries and is therefore not responsible or liable for any injury, damage to person or property, loss, accident, delay or irregularity which may arise from an act or default (whether negligent or not) from any hotel, carrier, other company or person providing a service included in the tour. Furthermore the agent cannot accept responsibility for any sickness, pilferage, labour disputes, machinery breakdown, weather conditions, act of god or any misadventure or causes beyond their control which may impair or force cancellation of the tour.
The person who represents the tour group in terms of booking the tour and coordinating payment will be responsible for communicating all the above terms and conditions to the rest of the group and thus is liable if payment procedures or any other aspect of the above terms is not implemented by any member of the group correctly. Payment of deposits and balances of payments will confirm the acceptance of the above terms and conditions.
